The Blue Book series is well regarded by neurologists and many will have one or more of the earlier volumes on their bookshelves already. This is the 22nd in the series and the smaller print topics in neurology have been reached. This book is aiming for a niche in the market, and to attract interest from both sides of the Atlantic, there is an editor from each side.
